Jade Feavyour
Chief Operating Officer
Jade joins National Clinical Insourcing as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over a decade of senior NHS leadership experience and an outstanding track record of delivering operational excellence, service transformation and sustainable improvements in patient care. Having held senior leadership roles across some of the UK’s largest acute healthcare organisations, she has extensive expertise in leading complex healthcare services, building high-performing teams and delivering strategic change at scale.
Most recently, Jade served as Deputy Director of Operations for Surgery and Associated Services at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, where she held a multimillion pound portfolio across 30 surgical specialties including over 60 operating theatres. She led the operational delivery of a broad range of surgical services across multiple sites, driving improvements in performance, governance and financial sustainability while securing significant capital investment to expand capacity and support elective recovery. Throughout her NHS career, Jade has championed innovation and collaboration to improve access to care and reduce waiting times for patients.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jade is passionate about working in partnership with NHS organisations to tackle the challenges of elective recovery. She is committed to delivering responsive, high-quality insourcing solutions that help healthcare providers increase capacity, improve patient access and achieve sustainable improvements in performance. Jade’s collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of NHS operational challenges position her to play a key role in supporting National Clinical Insourcing’s continued growth and its mission to help patients receive the care they need, when they need it.
