Clinical Team Standards

Our clinical teams undergo rigorous compliance checks by our in-house teams, led by our expert Clinical, Nursing, and AHP Leads. At NCI, we never enlist the services of third-party recruitment agencies for contract resourcing under any circumstances. Your peace of mind is our priority.

As part of NCI’s standard onboarding and compliance process, all clinical staff are vetted in line with NHS Employers standards and have provided: references, DBS checks, mandatory training certificates, fitness to work, practical training certificates (fire safety, conflict resolution etc.), qualifications, and practical life support certificates (where relevant).

  • All Consultants hold GMC registration and are interviewed, appraised and revalidated annually, have a minimum of two years of experience in their relevant clinical field.
  • All Registered General nurses are of Band 5+ AfC grade, have a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant clinical setting, hold an NMC pin and are interviewed, appraised and revalidated annually.
  • All AHP’s hold HCPC registration, have a minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant clinical setting, are interviewed, appraised and revalidated annually.
  • All HCA’s have a minimum of five years’ experience in a relevant clinical setting, are interviewed, appraised and revalidated annually.
